Our executive team

Gregg Bernstein

GREGG BERNSTEIN serves as the Principal and Co-Founder of Westridge Management. He has had extensive experience in real estate finance, general residential and commercial real estate investing, management, operations, and business development. Gregg is also co-owner and Chief Executive Officer of Rodeo Capital, Inc., a California licensed real estate broker, and Principal and Co-founder of Rodeo Lending, A California Financial lender, respectfully.

Gregg attended UCSD where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and U.S. History. Prior to entering the real estate lending industry, Gregg owned and managed a pharmacy business that serviced a large number of skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities in Southern California, which has given him a niche skill in underwriting those specific assets.

Richard A. Katz

RICHARD A KATZ serves as the Principal and Co-Founder of Westridge Management. Richard has extensive experience in real estate finance, residential and commercial real estate management, general finance, management, economic cycles, and business development. Richard is also the Co-owner and President of Rodeo Capital, Inc., a California licensed real estate broker, and Principal and Co-founder of Rodeo Lending, A California Financial lender, respectfully.

Rich attended Babson College where he received a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Economics. Involved in alumni events, he mentors students and graduates at Babson who are looking for career and business experience.
